greenadineПо какому-то наитию вытащила из пачки бумаг на выброс программу театра города Sceaux (куда я намереваюсь переехать), а там на первой странице, на обороте от рекламы спектакля Фоменко, следующий прекрасный текст (...читать медленно):

На программке и в интернете написано, что это текст анонимного автора и был найден в 1692 году в Балтиморе в здании старой церкви, но другие источники указывают, что автор текста Макс Эрманн (Max Ehrmann), название его "Desiderata", написан в 1927, а 1692 - год основания балтиморской церкви, и к тексту отношения не имеет. Как бы там ни было, жизнь очередной раз подмигнула мне этим текстом.
